I moved this from the Ask Blandine forum - I'm sure she might well have a thought or two, but it's not really her type of question.

It exist three versions of this ballet one first by Paris Opera Orchestra, it's the scenical music of the production gift by School od dance. It was in a collection called "Les inédits de la danse" it's directed by Michel Quéval. The label is Cybella I don't know if it exist again.
The second version is a version directed by Richard Bonynge and edited by Decca but I don't know if it's again usable.
The third one is a vynil record of the Ashton production. The cover was about representation on stage and famous final pdd with the chair.
I don't know if it exist in CD now.
I have the three versions.

It seems that this isn't in the CD atalogues at the moment; the Bonynge version was popular but has been withdrawn. Is there a web-site similar to bookfinder.com which allows you to find something which is no longer issued but may be in stock somewhere? You would, of course, have to look under its original French title ("Les deux pigeons"); it was first produced in Paris in 1886.
