The Electronic Telegraph has changed its design - no immediate sign of where Reviews are. But I need to wander around a bit more yet.

The Guardian is also struggling at the moment and we have not seen any electronic reviews from them for a while. Their search throws some up, but technical problems often means the links doesn't work. However today we found once...

Collective heartbeat. Kirov Ballet Royal Opera House, London. By Judith Mackrell:

Nothing minor about Morris. The next stop in choreographer Mark Morris's bid for world domination is ENO. Debra Craine met him:

Telegraph also has, in the news section, an article about Kaiser's alleged departure, which he claims is pure speculation. Sorry, don't know the URL.

Hope this works as the link for the Michael Kaiser article in the Telegraph.

ROH in turmoil as chief resigns. By Norman Lebrecht:

Phantoms return to haunt the opera. By Norman Lebrecht on the Kaiser resignation:

The American way. Debra Craine is thrilled to see the Kirov Ballet take on Balanchine's Jewels - and win:
http://www.the-times.co.uk/news/pages/tim/00/06/20/timartdan02002.html

Kirov gems. Ismene Brown reviews the Kirov Ballet performing Balanchine's Jewels and a Fokine triple bill in Covent Garden:

Swiss roll. How do you sell dance when there's so much competition? Luxury works for the Kirov - but Zurich Ballet is gambling on giant rubber balls. Judith Mackrell judges the results:

Sydney Morning Herald: Jill Sykes' review of Natalie Weir's new full evening-length work commissioned by the Australian Ballet, "Mirror Mirror", based on Snow White:
http://www.smh.com.au/news/0006/19/text/features09.html

if you don't know about natalie weir, i'm sure you soon will, if ross stretton introduces ANY australian choreographers to RB...but this sounds like NOT her best piece to date.

up to now she has only done one-acters - which IMO show marvellous choreographic ability in the classical ballet genre.

hope it's OK to be adding this bit of explanation to a links posting - if not, just tell me off, bruce!

Part that sends Veronika dancing. (yes an interview with Veronika Part of the Kirov). by Jeffery Taylor:
http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/dynamic/hottx/music/review.html?in_review_id=290487&in_review_text_id=236848

And for my next trick... Michael Kaiser, aka Mr Fix-It, doesn't hang about once the job is done. So Judith Mackrell asks him why he has signed up for another season with the Royal Opera House. (a long chat with 'the man', but in part it is superceded by events - it talks about him not having necessarily made his mind up about leaving)

Unmanageable. When Kaiser leaves the kitchen, the heat will still be on at Covent Garden, says Norman Lebrecht:
