"Upper School moving to Covent Garden?"

Am I right in thinking that it was recently announced that the RB Upper School will be moving from Baron's Court to Covent Garden?I thought I'd seen a newspaper article within the last week or two but haven't seen anything on the Postings pages (Bruce: I did do a search - honest!). I think the article said that they would be housed in a purpose built building (so more demolition work in Covent Garden) but that they would only occupy the upper floors, the lower floor(s) being used for commercial purposes.I found today a site that should have an article about it (www.coventgarden.org.uk) but my browser keeps crashing before it loads the site properly.Have I dreamt all this or is it actually happening? (Apologies if the topic has already been covered.)

The piece you remember is at:

http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/dynamic/hottx/review.html?in_review_id=248857&in_review_text_id=196785

Glad you tried to find it - you learn more each time your try I'm sure.

For the record I used the Advanced Search facility on the InterViews and News database (the entry point is in the Links section) with 'RBS' as the organisation.

Thanks Bruce. I had used the "Find" facility in the Postings page (but I now see that "Royal Ballet School" wasn't mentioned in the post itself). I'll use the Advanced Search in future.

I think sometime I ought to do a magazine piece about searching for information. Currently we have 5 different search facilities:

Search on Ballet.co Pages (entry point on Home page)
Postings Search (Postings)
Listings/performances Search (Listings)
Reviews Search (Links)
InterViews and News Search (Links)

In an ideal world there would just be one search on the site, but that's very difficult to achieve in practice and anyway some of specialist searches (like reviews) really are very tailored and quick. But a page of what's what would be useful I think. There is a lot of information here, and on the web generally, and finding it will increasingly become an issue.

But I'm really pleased when people try and use the facilities to find things and will always help advise in such circumstances
