"ENB Tour De Force"

I received a booklet from the arts centre in Poole today and noticed ENB are coming to Poole again in April for "Tour De Force". I'm wondering whether I should book a ticket. The performance I saw last year was a big disappointment. OK, that was a Saturday matinee and members of corps danced the Pas de deux from the Nutcracker,Don Quixote and Sleeping Beauty. But I couldn't believe I was watching ENB and felt I was wasting my time and money, especially after the wonderful RB's Dance Bites Tour.(I saw first class dancers such as Durante,Cope,Sansom,Kobbourg...in a small town,Woking.)Did anyone see the ENB's Tour De Force last year ? Is this tour planned every year to give chance to dance big rolls to the corps ? If I go again, I'll buy a ticket for an evening performance. Will I get chance to see Tamara or Agnes ? By the way, this year's tour will bring Les Sylphides, Who cares?, Three Preludes and Pas de deux from Swan Lake and Le Corsaire.

Casting won't be announced for a while yet, and bear in mind that the company will be split in two, and the principals with them (not literally, I hope!). I've been to two matinees in the last couple of years, and managed to see Tamara both times, so I would imagine that you'd get to see her if you've picked the right half of the tour. But nothing's certain in this life, is it?

Alison, you were lucky to see Tamara. I've bought a ticket for the Friday evening (7th April)and hope I will enjoy the performance(hopefully with Tamara and Erina Takahashi). The Mayflower in Southampton is the theatre where I regularly see the ENB (apart from RAH in London). Poole is also close to my town, so I don't want to miss the opportunity! Where else are they touring ?

Swindon, Barnstaple and Cheltenham ring bells, although I haven't got the dates on me. Perhaps Bruce has already got them in the Listings section, although some dates remain to be confirmed. Oh, and they're also doing the main tour to Oxford and Bristol, in case either of those are any use!
