"National Youth Dance Company"
   Some interesting info if anyone would like to see these young, talented dancers;
"The National Youth Dance Company has produced a stimulating, provocative yet entertaining new repertoire for the year 2000. The performance includes a revivial of Stephen Hughes' baroque romp to the music of Vivaldi, Andile Sotiya (Phoenix Dance company)'s trip to the macho sports atmosphere of an american high-school locker room. Emilyn Claid has created for her second work for the NYCD & Wayne McGregor returns to produce an amazingly challenging new work to Bach". NOT TO BE MISSED. SEE THE NEW WORKS OF 5 PROFESSIONAL CHOREOGRAPHERS WORKING WITH 14 YOUNG DANCERS. (supported by the Arts Council of England). 17 & 18 January 2000, 8pm at The Place Theatre, London - box office 0171 387 0031
