Afraid I can't find any links in the national papers today. But here is my review of the ENB Coppelia which I saw in Oxford last week:

And then there is Blandine at...

   Hello,

What a shame your visit to Oxford went unannounced to the general readership of the ballet.co pages!! A pre-performance drink with the dance fans living in the nether regions could have been organized! It would be great to meet and chat about the important performing art that is dance.

I must admit I only attended the triple bill, please see my little critique under 'ENB in Southampton' general heading.

I go to High Wycombe as well, I love the Swan theatre, I think it's great. I've been to see Dance Bites twice (a thing of the past?), ARC Dance Company with Irek as guest. Again, see my little critique of the Mark Morris Dance Company from October 25th I believe.

Any other Oxford-based ballet.co fans out there?

No review links again today. The big news is the BBC/Opera House press release about the reopening of Covent Garden and all the TV and Radio events around that. This thread gives all the detail:

And secondly a site that came through as an email without any words of explanation at all. Love the opening page:

Sure it was not there first thing this morning!

Dancing for joy. Near the end of his fraught term as director of the Royal Ballet and about to return to the stage he loves, Anthony Dowell has every reason to look cheerful, writes Judith Mackrell:
