"Historical Research"

I've been doing some historical research on RAD syllabus about how it formed originally. I happened to stumble across this publication called "The Dancer", the last known date of publication was in Dec 1937. Does anyone know what happen to this publication or why it stopped in Dec 1937? The Librarian at the British Library was not able to answer this query.

I don't know the answer to any of these questions, but you may be interested in the exchange of information further down this postings page on other now-defunct ballet journals. (http://www.danze.co.uk/dcforum/happening/2088.html).

Perhaps this is stating the obvious, but have you tried contacting the library at the RAD?
