"can anyone do ballet?"
can anyone start ballet at any time or do you need to have done it from a young age?
I used to do it when I was 5/6 but I stopped and now I am 17 and would like to give it a try! I guess I am a little old and I am certainly not in shape! what do you say?

Well, if you're talking about a professional career I'd say you're a bit late, but there's no reason why you shouldn't do it for fun/fitness. Several ballet.co readers have been known to attend the Adult Ballet Classes at English National Ballet, for example, and there are quite a few adult education ballet classes around.

Perhaps if you tried posting this in whatever the teaching and classes section is called (click on Lobby and scroll downwards) you might get some more answers.
