I'm totally confused by ticket pricing by Hochhauser. I've got some tickets for Stalls Circle Standing (all good ones either D27 or D28). I paid £15 for Jewels, Le Corsaire and Swan Lake, but paid £10.50 for Manon and The Sleeping Beauty. According to the price chart, all tickets for Standing Stalls Circle should be £15. £10.50 tickets are for mid-week matinee performances. But I can't see this price on the price chart. These tickets were bought through the Friends priority booking, so I found out this different pricing when the tickets arrived. But I had forgotten about this until I rang the box office today to book a ticket for the RB's Swan Lake. I wanted to book a ticket for Amphi Rear at £26(Saturday matinee). But with this price I've got a ticket for Amphi Centre front row. According to the price chart it should actually cost £38. So which seats are the Amphi Centre at £38 then ? Am I reading the charts for both the Kirov and the Royal incorrectly ? They are so misleading !

Perhaps they *are* in fact using the new pricing system as shown in the normal ROH booking programmes, not as shown in the Hochhauser one? I'm sure all my standing tickets (booked via Kirov Friends) were £15. Front row amphi according to the new system is sold more cheaply owing to restricted legroom or view or something. Perhaps you should keep quiet about it?
