"Robert Heindel"

According to the latest issue of Dancing Times, Robert Heindel will have an exhibition to launch a new London gallery, the Halcyon Gallery, 29 Bruton Street. I like his paintings of ballet dancers and I'd love to visit the gallery. The gallery is a new venture from the Halcyon Fine Art Group and it will open to the public on 6th April. The problem is, I have no idea where this gallery is. Dancing Times states the address only. No telephone number to find out exactly where it is. Could anynone help me, please. Or shall I open my London A-Z ?

Bruton Street is just off new Bond Street - very central. I too would be very interested to visit the gallery. Several years ago I bought a couple of prints (sadly not originals) from his gallery - I think it was in Camden Town somewhere. Do you know whether this new gallery is a move, or is it a second venture. Like you, I really enjoy his pictures - in fact a few weeks ago I took one of mine to be reframed, and apparently the framer had been asked by another customer about the picture because she liked it so much.

Looking forward to a trip to Bruton St.

Barbara, thank you very much for your help. I'll visit the gallery before I go to Covent Garden to see Giselle. I'm looking forward to seeing his real paintings (I've got a lots of cards !). The exhibition will run from 6th to 22nd April and the admission is free.
