"RB Swan Lake - sets and costumes"

I saw this last Saturday arvo and I felt the sets and the costumes got in the way of the performance. I found the set very distracting, making it hard to concentrate on the dancing. The bit where Odette appears in the mirror is very clever, but works no better that just having her pop up in the background. And what is that monstrosity Odette and Siegfried recline on in the final scene ?
