   She's also on page 24 of The Times ("Court & Social"). I've looked at Christies' website (www.christies.com) but the only information they have about it is the date and time (11.00 am, 12 December) and that it's at South Kensington. Most of the auctions in November have their catalogues online, so perhaps they might put on more about the Fonteyn auction closer to the time.

No good emptying the piggy bank for this, I'd guess - if you follow one of the links from this piece you'll see that the last time any of Fonteyn's things came up for sale they all made at least 3 times the estimate, and a pair of her pointe shoes went for £10,000!
